Marvel Studios announced a Fantastic Four film in development with Jon Watts as director shortly after Disney acquired 20th Century Fox in 2019. The MCU’s Spider-Man director later left the project and was replaced by WandaVision’s Matt Shakman, who wrote the script with Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer. Marvel has yet to make any formal casting announcements for the Fantastic Four revival, which to set to premiere in 2025, allowing fans plenty of time to guess about who might be cast, with the topic typically being directed by the most current speculations.
Following up on the latest reports, @clements.ink on Instagram has some fresh fan art depicting Adam Driver as the MCU’s Reed Richards.
An aesthetic that hasn’t been as regularly in live-action as it has in Marvel Comics is depicted in the design, which features Mister Fantastic from Star Wars wearing a white lab coat.
