Jason Ng and Times Realty – Why They’re Loved by Their Clients

Jason Ng is the owner of Times Realty and he has had massive success with real estate in the Vancouver market for decades.

As the owner of Times Realty, Jason Ng has been featured in digital news platforms online for his tips and tricks on the Vancouver real estate market and beyond, helping realtors at all stages who want to become more successful at their careers and help their clients.

In today’s interview, we asked Jason Ng how he was able to build and grow Times Realty into a successful business, as well as how he was able to retain business even during difficult economic times.

Part of Jason Ng’s success is due to his experience, which he was able to gain when he was younger.

When Jason Ng’s parents immigrated from Hong Kong to Canada in 1988, they quickly became involved in real estate. Ng recalls attending client meetings with his parents, driving them to and from important real estate transactions and learning about the trade from his father, who had his pulse on the Vancouver real estate market.

Our main question, however, was how Times Realty has become a big name in the Vancouver real estate industry and the steps Jason Ng took to gain customer loyalty and referrals.

“I prefer to get referrals from customers because it demonstrates that your commitment, sincerity and honesty were at a high level. When customers trust you to refer the people they care about like their family and friends, you know you are doing the right thing as a realtor,” says Ng.

Jason Ng says that Times Realty is loved by clients because they become personally invested in the success of their clients. That’s the most important factor, says Ng, because it means you’ll take the time required to achieve the results that your clients want and you won’t stop until they are fully satisfied.

Real estate transactions, and finding the right home for clients can be a long and tiring process, but it’s important to be determined and know that sometimes it takes time. You might visit home after home with buyers and they may still be on the fence, and that’s when it’s your job to advise and ask questions.

Jason Ng says another reason why Times Realty is valued by clients is because they listen to their hopes and dreams, as well as any concerns should they arise.

“We have the passion and dedication to get the best deal for our clients possible,” says Jason Ng.

Ng goes on to say that by following the rule of thumb of ‘get the best deal possible’, he’s ab;e to gain the loyalty of customers. The truth is, customers can tell when you’re really trying, exhausting all possibilities and working for them to get the job done.

“Unless you consider it your own business, the passion and dedication to get a better deal for your clients might be lacking.”

“I have followed this principle and I work wholeheartedly for my clients by putting myself into their shoes and it has helped me build a successful and trusted practice,” says Ng.

Ng says that clients should be convinced that their interests are considered and every effort is taken by their realtor to get them the best deal possible.
