most of the Transformers films, has been prosecuted. After first gaining recognition for his work as a Bad Boys and Armageddon director, Bay has become a well-liked figure in Hollywood. He is best known for his lavish special effects, extensive use of pyrotechnics, and computer-generated imagery (CGI). Bay frequently uses spectacle to draw audiences to theatres. Although Bay has been concentrating on the Transformers series lately, he has also ventured into Netflix projects with 6 Underground before collaborating with Universal Pictures on Ambulance.

Unfortunately, Bay caught the attention of the Italian authorities while filming 6 Underground when rumors of a pigeon to murdered during the shoot surfaced. Since homing pigeons are a protected species in Italy, law enforcement has investigated the claimed fatality. The movie, made by Netflix and starring Ryan Reynolds, is accused of being the cause of the homing pigeon’s demise when a dolly struck the bird. Bay made it clear in an interview with The Wrap that he believes the claims will be dropped because, in his opinion, they are wholly without merit. Check out what he said below:

How Bay Is Resisting The Charges

The accusations are serious, but Bay is determined to refute them, adamant that no animals were ever injured while working on 6 Underground or any other movie Bay has ever been a part of. Although Bay dislikes considering his cinematic legacy, he vehemently resists being portrayed as an animal abuser because, in his own words, he has been an animal rights fighter all of his life. Three times, Bay’s legal team has made an effort to get the allegations against him dismissed; however, Italian officials have consistently rejected those efforts, and the inquiry now seems to be proceeding to the trial stage.

Although it to believed that Bay was not the one who moved the dolly during the alleged event, Italy is treating him as a suspect because he was in charge of the production as the movie’s director. Bay wants to demonstrate that he had nothing to do with the pigeon’s demise using witnesses, video evidence, and legal testimony. Given that Eiza Gonzalez, an Ambulance star, thinks Michael Bay’s most surprising quality is his “mischievous” and mainly harmless disposition, the allegations themselves are shocking. By vigorously contesting these allegations, Bay hopes to maintain his reputation.

What Will Michael Bay Do Next?

Michael Bay is concentrating on the Italian accusations, but he also has a couple of films in development. Armored, Apartment 7A, The Raid, & Little America are among the lesser films the famed director will produce in addition to the two future A Quiet Place movies. The movie Robopocalypse, which is about a global robotic revolution, will also be directed by Bay. After a number of years as the director of Transformers, Bay will only produce Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and will no longer be directing the forthcoming Transformers films. There is no information on how the charges of animal maltreatment will affect his current productions.
