In a world saturated by content, one must continually release content in order to stay on top, especially when it comes to creators such as influencers and musicians. Fans and viewers want to continually be engaged, and with so much content to view the attention span of many viewers seems to be dwindling with the overload of content to view.
With this in mind, Leon Budrow decided to release his last album, Iridium, one song at a time. “The waterfall method” as some call it, is becoming more popular amongst many musicians as it allows artists to release one song at a time leading up to the conclusion of a full album project. A method that pop singer Leon Budrow has fully adapted to his approach for releasing new music.
“I wanted to do something to keep my fans engaged.” Leon Budrow states. “I figured releasing each song one track at a time would not only give my fans more regular content to look forward to, but it would also allow me to get better feedback on each release to see which songs my fans seem to enjoy the most.”
For eight straight weeks, Leon Budrow released a new song every Friday. Each song not only consists of a different subject of content, but varying genres as well. From pop rock to pop country, Budrow hit each genre with his own style, including the release of a piano ballad.
“I wanted to give the fans a lot of variety.” Budrow states. “I enjoy listening to many different types of music just as much as I enjoy creating different types of music.“
Each song has a different vibe to it, and ultimately each release will add up to an album project. However, Budrow is not releasing the contents of just one album, but two albums at that.
“I am releasing tracks for two albums, one that is more of a pop album and one that is more of a pop country album.” Budrow explains.
Of the eight new records that Leon Budrow has released, seven of the singles will be a part of Budrow’s upcoming pop album. The album is still to be named, though Budrow has a working title in mind. These eight tracks include the releases:
Want You Back
Spinnin’ Round
Hopeful
Eff That Boy
Breakdown
Juice
The Light
The singular release that will be a part of Budrow’s upcoming pop country album is the record “My Best Tonight,” one of Budrow’s favorite songs to record.
“I really like the song ‘My Best Tonight’” Budrow states. “It was one of my favorite songs to write, and I think the production came out very well.”
With many more songs on the way, Budrow plans to release more of his pop country content with his next round of releases.
“I have a lot of pop songs to release, so many that I may actually consider splitting them into two separate albums.” Budrow explains. “Since I recently released so many pop songs though I think I am going to start putting out some more of the pop country records next.”
No matter which songs Budrow plans to release next, one thing is for sure. You can expect quality, well written and professionally produced music that will not disappoint. The last eight releases showcase a commitment to excellence from Budrow to provide his fans with only the best content for their enjoyment. We cannot wait to see what the rising artist has waiting on the horizon.
