Former Hasbro exec Finn Arnesen has been wiped as a chief operating officer of U.K. exhibition company Two Daughters Entertainment.
Arnesen’s remit will develop the company’s IP portfolio and raise revenue across the company by implementing a creative and retail strategy. He will report to James Reatchlous, Two Daughters’ creator and CEO.
At Hasbro, Arnesen was senior VP of local diffusion and development at the corporation’s in-house studio, managing properties including “My Little Pony” & “Transformers.”
He has also worked at “Warhammer” landlord Games Workshop and Cartoon Network, where he created and established original IPs such as “The Amazing World of Gumball.”
Two Daughters is best understood for the kids’ animation “Moley,” which features the spokespeople of Warwick Davis, Jessica Henwick, Stanley Tucci and Gemma Arterton.
It is accessible in the United States on Warner Bros Discovery’s Boomerang and in the United Kingdom on the free-to-air network POP. The firm is now focusing on launching three new properties and extending “Moley’s” global merchandising and licencing network.
“I am thrilled to join Two Daughters at this moment of development and to cooperate with James to expand on the victory he has achieved thus far with Moley & the amazing tale behind its development,” said Arnesen.
“With strong financing and a dynamic business plan, I am looking forward to donating to the growth of this firm & providing engaging and delightful IP to worldwide kids and home audiences.”
Reatchlous added: “We are delighted to have Finn on board to bring his wealth of knowledge in kids and family entertainment to the corporation and help us continue to go from power to strength.”
