What Occurred To Chuck Turner From My 600-Lb Life Season 2

My 600-Lb Life

Chuck Turner was 45 years old and 693 pounds when he began his weight loss journey on My 600-Lb Life in 2014.

The relationship between the Beaumont, Texas resident and his wife, Nissa, was strained since they were more like a carer and a patient than a husband and a wife.

Nathan’s adoptive parents are Chuck and Nissa. Chuck said he was not overweight as a youngster but began to gain weight around 30. After his first wife was murdered in 2006, he resorted to eating to help him cope with his depression.

Chuck then married Nissa, and they finally underwent weight loss surgery after obtaining advice from Dr Younan Nowzaradan, also known as Dr Now.

Nissa left Chuck because she thought he was not supportive of her and was venting his frustrations on her. It aided Chuck in turning his Life around and winning her back. Nissa returned to him when he was having surgery to remove huge lymphedema from his leg, and they reunited.

After a year, Chuck weighed 343 pounds and had shed 350 pounds by the end of Chuck’s My 600-Lb Life episode. Everything appeared to be going well for Chuck, but would he be able to sustain his new healthy lifestyle?
