Alia Bhatt returns to fitness “slowly.”
Alia Bhatt revealed that she has put a lot of stress on her body this year and is focusing on improving her health one day at a time. The actress claimed that she is returning to shape gradually. Alia captioned her shot: “Enjoy your time and what your body has accomplished. After all my body went through this year, I promised myself that I would never also be harsh with myself. Giving your body the love and support that it gave you throughout childbirth is the least we can do (sic), as childbirth is a miracle in every sense.”
Fitness update from Alia Bhatt: “Long way to go.”
When asked about her progress toward fitness, Alia stated she still had a “far way to go.” She also offered fitness guidance to new mothers. “I was able to perform this inversion today after progressively reestablishing my connection to my core 1.5 months after giving birth and under the close supervision of my teacher @anshukayoga. Mothers, pay attention to your body after giving birth. Whatever your intuition tells you not to do, DO NOT do it. All I did for the first week or two of my workouts was breathe, walk, and regain my stability and balance (and I still have a long way to go), “wrote the actor.
Alia will appear in the romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. Release day is set for April 28.
Additionally, she will make her Hollywood debut in the Netflix movie Heart of Stone. The film stars both Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
