In this interview series, we spoke to a number of up-and-coming and established entrepreneurs and ask them about their vision for the future.
The question we asked them was – what will your business look like four years from now? This question can be a little daunting, but it’s important to think about the future and plan for success. Here are some tips on how to create a vision for your company that will help you achieve continued success down the road.

Title: Owner
Company: Soft Bebe
My vision for the company is that we have expanded in bringing superior blank baby clothing to various locations worldwide. As we intensely focus on product excellence, years from now I can see that our team grows, and multiple new product innovations or developments will arise.
Despite growing and expanding, the company has an incessant willingness to make sure things don’t decline. Our brand remains true to bringing comfort and safety to infants and babies. I also envision that we increase our positive satisfactory feedback from our customers in their shopping experience, customer support, and shipping.

Title: Founder/CEO
Company: Ria’s Beauty Collection, LLC
I’m Marie Davis, Founder/CEO of Ria’s Beauty Collection, residing in Salisbury, NC.
Ria’s Beauty Collection specializes in skincare and hair care products for those that may be experiencing difficulties with skin and hair issues. Ria’s Beauty Collection launched in 2015, due to my skin condition with eczema.
Constantly being unsuccessful in locating products that benefitted my skin, my youngest daughter suggested that I should create my own products. This was the best advice ever.
Our specialty is Ria’s Whipped Shea Butter which is a scented and unscented dual moisturizer for the skin and hair. Our products are handmade, natural, unrefined, and made with the best quality ingredients for everyone.
Ria’s Beauty Collection products have been displayed and featured in Sevananda Natural Food Market, Atlanta, GA; featured in ShoutOut Atlanta Magazine, Los Angeles, CA; Voyage ATL Magazine, Atlanta, GA; Queen City Magazine, Charlotte, NC; Small Business Trends, The Story Exchange, Shondaland, Fox 4-WDAF-TV, Kansas City; Woman’s World Magazine, Modern Retail, Medium, Authority Magazine, NextAdvisor, TIME, etc.
We also believe in giving back to the community through donating, gifting, giveaways, vending, collaborating, volunteering, and more.
Looking four years from now, my vision for the company is to retire from my business. Currently, I’m 64 years old. I plan to pursue other avenues, leave a legacy, and pass the baton to other family members who are interested in continuing the process and taking Ria’s Beauty Collection to the next level. I feel that this would be a great opportunity for the younger generation to gain additional knowledge about business.

Title: president and founder of Pro Sulum, LLC
Company: Pro Sulum, LLC
We are a company that does two things better than anyone else. First, we find and staff the best of the best from all around the world. Second, everyone we hire and place within our client’s companies are trained to document every system and process they encounter. That said, where I think Pro Sulum will be in 4 years is the go-to provider for staffing and documenting systems and processes for small- to mid-sized companies.
We will have moved way beyond just the United States, Canada, Germany, UK, and Australia, but have a significant footprint in over 40 other countries as well. Our reputation for finding and placing the best talent will be unrivaled. And our clients will know that when they come to us, they will get top-notch service and exceptional results. We will be known as the company that frees business owners from the chains of mundane business tasks.

Title: CEO
Company: World Consulting Group
When I focus on the future, I envision growth without compromising on quality. I envision our company continuing to thrive whilst providing the same care, commitment, and contribution to our clientele. We work hard to ensure impeccable customer service, promote productivity, and achieve excellent results on behalf of our clients. When I envisage our business in four years’ time, I see this continuing.
We strive to accommodate all our clients’ needs and I am confident that this customer focused approach will continue to generate success. If possible, I would consider expanding the range of services that we offer, however, this would not be at the detriment of our existing range of options. I would rather see a steady, controlled expansion which maintains the exceptional high standards our clients have come to expect from us.
In the next four years we will continue to focus on progress, productivity, and providing results. Perhaps our most important goal is to continue our commitment to providing our best work to a diverse range of clients, and to continue to strive for excellence in every aspect of our business.

Title: Founder of American Blossom Linens and one of the owners of Thomaston Mills
Company: American Blossom Linens
Since I was a young girl of four, I have been involved in the family business. When I graduated from college, I started to work full time and have been there for the last 40 years. We are a distributor and manufacturer of bedding that we make here in the USA. In the 1980s when trade policies changed the vast majority of the textile industry moved overseas primarily to Asia particularly China and India. Many millions of USA jobs were lost and textile products now had to travel approximately 8000 miles on large polluting tanker ships to get to the consumer. Our company believes strongly that local manufacturing is critical for our economy and the environment. We want to support the amazing and talented American workers so we decided to keep our manufacturing in the USA. For the last 40 years while virtually all of the textile manufacturing moved overseas, we maintained our production here. During the pandemic when supply chains came to a halt overseas many people began to realize how important it was to have local USA manufacturing. We all remember the shortage of masks. In 2019 right before the pandemic we started a new direct to consumer brand of USA made cotton bedding. As a result of the overseas supply issues and because more people were working from home our brand grew 400% in 2020. Many people email us and comment on social media that they are so glad to have found bedding that is made completely in the USA because they too want to support USA workers and the environment.
In four years, it is my mission to build a large USA- made brand of home goods. Since our start we have introduced the following products – Made in USA Sheet Sets, Cotton Duvet Sets, American Made Cotton Blankets and USA Wool Pillows. Just a few weeks ago we launched our Organic Cotton Towel Sets Made in the USA and our line of American Made Hand Poured Soy Candles (made by the partner of one of our employees). Currently we are developing a duvet insert (comforter) lounge wear and a wool throw blanket. In the next few years, we hope to introduce table linens, other types of pillows, colored sheets and more.

Title: CEO
Company: My write hand woman
I want to change the way brands view their voice. In 4 years, we’ll hopefully be in a society where hard push convincing doesn’t work. Companies will have to be more authentic and memorable than ever to capture their consumer.
By constantly thinking of fun ways to create innovative brand voices, I want to be the resource that companies go to when they need to stand out with modern copy that packs a punch.

Title: the CEO of FindPeopleFirst
Company: FindPeopleFirst
It is a common goal to compete and excel in a productivity most company CEOs do. I want to stand unique in building monopoly solutions for my customers and increase demand for our service. Likewise, it is vital to involve our company in different social welfare and women empowerment policies as a source of encouragement for the upcoming generations.
In four years, apart from increasing the profit rates, I want to contribute to social growth by saving water and soil for a better tomorrow. Through awareness programs, I start with my employees and later expand to other people by making them notice the unconscious changes that happen around us that destroy every living organism on earth.

Title: Senior Coach
Company: Total Shape
Since I am a senior coach I always try to be a leader that go-getters will benefit from. I feel my motivation is directly linked to my vision for Total Shape. I want to see my company in a leading position setting benchmarks for similar companies out there with larger than life leaders and improvised scientific techniques for fitness training. When I first started treading this road I tasted failures several times. I broke down, felt discouraged, took wrong decisions and at one point thought of quitting the idea of being an athlete since it was too hard to stay focused. I wished I had someone whom I can blindly trust to guide me through my life choices. Finally after 20 years of painstaking efforts, here I am ready to give the one thing as a coach at Total Shape which I once desired the most – guidance. Total shape with its innovative and custom coaching rosters intends to bridge the gap between dedicated athletes /fitness enthusiasts and their dreams. In four years I wish to have a well-trained set of qualified coaches working both remotely and on-site to give the clients their daily dose of inspiration and fitness goals.

Title: CEO, Co-Founder
Company: Leena AI
Looking ahead to even four years from now, our visions have remained the same since we started Leena AI. We have divided this vision into three parts.
Vision 1.0 – Being the best HR Virtual Assistant in the world. We know that technologically we are already 10X better than everybody else in the HR domain. We just need to distribute faster and distribute globally. From 200 global customers today to 2000+ in the next 2 years will put a check in this Vision checkbox.
Vision 2.0 – Being a Siri for employees. We want to move beyond HR and enter other domains like IT, Admin, Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc. We are already running 10 pilots and seeing early success. We want to be the best enterprise Siri in the world in the next 3 years.
Vision 3.0 – Moving from being a Siri to Jarvis. For e.g. if you were a marketer and you received a ping from Leena Al on your phone – ‘Hey, Good morning, the A/B test you ran on the website landing page has completed 7 days – Website option B is performing 38% better than Website option A in terms of lead conversion. Would you like me to raise a ticket to the tech team on Jira?’ In this simple ‘piece of work’ we saved at least 30 mins of the employee. Think of the massive impact we will have on peoples’ lives globally.

Title: Manager of PEO Companies
Company: PEO Companies
I’m a manager for a company that helps businesses find PEO solutions and the vision I have for our company four years from now is to be the number one online source for businesses looking for PEO solutions.
Right now we have a great service and are gaining momentum as we grow and I think that in four years’ time we could be the best online resource for businesses that are looking for PEO solutions. We offer visitors to our site a matching service and also a library of information and blog that discuss PEO. Four years seems like a long time but we’re confident in our model and our plan and feel that in that amount of time, we could become a leader in the space.

Title: Manager of Cable Compare
Company: Cable Compare
I am a manager at an eCommerce company that helps people find the best cable service where they live and I think that in four years, I see our company expanding to offer our service in international markets.
Right now we help people in the US find the best cable service where they live but people all over the world watch cable TV and there’s no reason we couldn’t serve them as well. It will take some research and some effort to take our offerings international but I think that it’s something that we could do in the next four years. The markets are out there, we just have to figure out how to serve them.

Title: Founder
Company: BestPeopleFinder
Though rising inflation and the upcoming recession are two factors that make entrepreneurs feel unsafe, everyone is preparing and has a very optimistic vision as well for the businesses.
Looking ahead four years from now, with technological advancement, we are optimistic about achieving our goals as a successful business. We will adopt fully automated solutions as we are in the process now and by the mid of 2023, we will have deployed AI, VR, and some AV solutions in our organization. With that, we are expecting a good growth rate due to more advanced operations that will be flexible to market demands. We will have 5 more physical branches at different locations all connected virtually and will add more products, services, and solutions to grab maximum market share.

Title: CEO/Founder
Company: Bennett Packaging
Four years from now, the world would be on the highway to digital revolution. We don’t want to be left behind in that.
That’s what drives us to keep growing and providing our customers with the best products and services in the world.
We started out with the goal of offering something unique in the industry. We wanted to carve a niche in the POP Display and High Graphic Packaging category where the industry had left an opening. We have since done that and we intend to do more.
In four years, we would be serving our customers with greater marketing capabilities, and new technical innovations aimed at solving that need.
We would have invested in the latest printing and manufacturing technology to provide faster and more advanced solutions than our competition.
Today, we already serve a diverse number of industries: Agricultural, Chemical, Turf & Ornamental, Beverage, Wine and Spirits, Retailers, Health, Food and Beverage, and more.
We want to do more. In Four years, we’ll be serving a wider range of industries. We would have adapted the zero-waste culture to save the earth. This would mean that our processes would be more eco-friendly.
Our marketing efforts and campaigns would be more in-depth and thorough. We would do this by upholding our customers and offering them seamless purchases and experiences.”

Title: Chief Executive Officer
Company: Palaleather
Four years may seem like a long time for individuals like us. But it is the contrary for organizations that we are building. I am proud to say that Palaleather has stood the test of time since it started in the late 19th century and has continued to hone us in the fine craft of leather making. More than a century hence, our history seemed like yesterday.
As someone who is part of this long line of leather crafters, I envision making an impact in my company by taking advantage of this era’s technological advancement and by building a strong presence in the digital arena. In four years’ time, Palaleather shall become a “Smart” working environment through the adoption of the Metaverse platform, utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Automation. I intend to build a healthy working environment for my people by implementing new work environment policies while continuously enriching our consciousness with the abundant history that we are a part of.

Title: Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Company: LIT METHOD
We always say ‘no running, no jumping, and no weights,’ because those are the things that increase your likelihood of injury. So I’d say four years from now, what we ultimately see for the company is ensuring that a whole new generation of people know they have access to a safer way of working out, that our mission of ‘BUILDING BODIES, NOT BREAKING THEM,’ is realized on a much larger scale.
We want people to not worry about injury. We envision a way forward where they know they can rely on a wellness and tech brand that is constantly innovating to ensure they can do what they love for as long as possible.
Low Impact Training is an incredibly inclusive and accessible way of working out. I along with my husband Justin Norris Taylor have worked with all kinds of people and that’s the best part of Low Impact Training. There is no barrier to entry. We have people in our programs of all ages and levels of experience. Our products don’t require electricity. They’re compact. They’re mobile. They’re versatile.
And four years from now I think we’d like people to know that they don’t have to rely on weight training for strength training. If you already have an injury, this is an extraordinary support system for rehabilitation. But people also don’t need to be reactionary to injuries, right? We are providing a new approach to fitness that allows you to play an active role in preventing an injury from happening in the first place. So we’re empowering them to really experience that longevity and that better quality of life beyond the workout.

Title: Co-founder
Company: iPaydayLoans
Within the next 4 years, we plan to expand our business offerings from just being a personal finance lender to providing our clients with professional finance consultancy and coaching services, as we look to give them a much better opportunity to learn how to better manage their finances and even secure large-scale funding for business purposes. This means doubling our workforce from the current 5 to at least 10-11, as we seek to turn it into a viable and independent division within our company. Lastly, we also intend to create new strategic partnerships with other like-minded consultancy businesses, as we strategize on ways to expand our market base beyond just our current locality.

Title: CEO
Company: USScrapyard
With much effort, I’ve built USScrapyard into a frontrunner. As a start-up, it was confined to a single room, but now it has grown into a more significant financial enterprise. Dreams don’t come to an end just because you wake up one morning.
Eventually, I hope to see my business grow into a multi-billion-dollars enterprise. Within the next four years, I anticipate my company being a well-known brand name in the United States. We’re working around the clock to make it a reality. We are planning for two separate units of my company in other locations, and I can see them clearly now after four years of work. My company’s recognition around the world is a goal of mine. I think it’s going to happen shortly. I’m glad to add that my employees and I are involved in a number of international projects. For this reason, I shall not loosen my grip on the reins!

Title: CEO and Owner
Company: Couch Fame
In four years, Couch Fame will have broken into managing influencers and turned our top streamers into influencers as well. We will also have relationships established with the biggest streaming platforms.
The amount of employees will have doubled and an assistant will have taken over most of my work so that I may focus on continuing to scale. I am taking steps toward these goals each and every day, and have no doubts that we will get there. As long as we keep bringing positive change into people’s lives through our coaching, we will reach these goals, and create a lot of optimists in the process.
