According to a source, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series will be launched in India with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8Gen 1 CPU rather than the Exynos chipset. According to a report, the South Korean company has introduced its flagship S-series smartphone in India, which employs its own Exynos processors. This announcement comes only one day before Samsung unveils its new items on February 9 at its Galaxy Unpacked event. During the event, Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S22 smartphone series as well as the Galaxy Tab S8 series. The smartphones are expected to have the Exynos 2200, or Snapdragon 8Gen 1 SoCs under the hood, depending on the region of origin.
According to a Pricebaba story featuring tipster Ishan Agarwal, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphones sold in India would include the latest Snapdragon 8 Generation 1 S processor. The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is expected to feature three smartphones: the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy S22+, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung had already hinted at details regarding its future flagship smartphone from the S-series, but the specifications for the Galaxy S22 series, including the chipset that will be included on the new phones in India, are yet to be revealed.
