The Best Places to Live In Central Florida For Families

If you ask us which is the best place to live in Central Florida. Orlando will come to our mind. It is because of suburbs as well as a neighborhood that makes it unique. However, if you want to live in Central Florida, Orlando is not the only place to choose for your next house. Many places may meet your requirements and preferences.

Here, we have enlisted five places with their pros and cons so that you can choose the best for yourself.

Places to Live in Central Florida with Families

These places to live in Central Florida are considered best for families. They have something or the other which entices people and they think of making it their next home. But at the same time, they don’t have all the perks. There are some disadvantages too. Let’s check them out to know everything about those places, shall we?

#1: Dr. Phillips

It is in the most independent Orange County. With less than 12,000 people this place gives a suburban atmosphere. If you are not ready to dwell in any high-profile area, then believe us Dr. Phillips will entertain you well. Because it is pretty affordable and has different types of housing. The nightlife is quite vibrant and is meant for people who like to stay out at night time.

#2: Lake Weldona

It is in the south of the famous Downtown of Florida. Here, in this area, you will see the boarding of Mills Avenue, Gore Street, and Briarcliff Drive. Housing choices in this place vary. However, when it comes to rental costs, pricing is quite comparable to other neighborhoods of Central Florida.

#3: Lake Como

Lake Como is situated on the east of Greenwood Cemetery. Roughly there are around 4000 locals in Lake Como. You will hardly find any drawbacks to living in this beautiful lake. Hence, there is a massive range of different communities. Schools, nightlife, and recreational activities offered at Lake Como are highly rated. The employment rate is fairly higher than in other places in Central Florida. Moreover, transport is amazing and the living cost is low.

#4: Uptown

Uptown is meant for all those who like to live in an urban atmosphere and lifestyle. Here, in this place, approximately 1400 people live because of the low real estate marketplace. Just like the other three options to live in Central Florida, this place too has a vibrant nightlife with beautiful bars, restaurants, and shops. There are several activities to pass the night or day. However, this is particularly enticed by young professionals.

#5: Thornton Park

In Downtown Orlando, you will find this place – Thornton Park. It reflects the European lifestyle and many areas within this place are given the name “boho-chic”. It is best for people who are shopaholics because you will see many clothing boutiques. Also, you will see stylish eateries, amazing wine bars, and whatnot! Nightlife is exceptional which makes people pass night easily. There are only 2000 locals in this place.
